a month agoDisappointed that food has slipped. Ordered two sunny side eggs and their signature corn beef hash. The eggs were somewhat overcooked, yolks didn't run when cut, difficult to cut the eggs. Corned beef consisted of knife cut chunks of the meat combined with a starch, not integral and mixed through a blender. English muffin was fine, coffee better than a few years ago. So if this will be the new normal, look elsewhere

2 months agoCute space, clean and everyone is very nice. The food is home made, tasty and the portions are not small. I had the corned beef and hash and will definitely be going back.

5 months agoReally nice place. Staff was super friendly and enjoyable. Food was really good. Served quickly and hot. Fast with the coffee refills Many of the customers seem to be regulars which made it a comfortable experience

a year agoLove this spot! Everything is always so good and fresh. The service is awesome. The corned beef hash is the best within 100 miles.

a year agoRailside Cafe is a gem spot for breakfast or brunch. I normally go Sat or Sunday. After 11:00 am is not so crowded. Great service, good coffee, great Corned beef hash and home made muffins They have also pastries and other bake goods made in house.

2 years agoThis is a local favorite breakfast brunch place. Not too many tables inside, bar seats and 5 tables. They also have another area of tables over the porch but it was not opened. Customers were almost local seniors except us. Food was good. The atmosphere was nice and peaceful. Very enjoyable...

3 years agoQuaint little cafe in Johnstown Ny, a short wait time for a Sunday morning even though they were very busy. Very pleasant staff along with atmosphere. The food was delicious I was pleased to hear all their French toast bread is scratch made in house our daughter had today's special cinnamon swirl french toast It was tasty she said and it looked very good as well. Totally recommend ❤️
